Homebrew ads

Over the past few years I've grown dissatisfied with old media. In the past year, I fell in love with the blogsphere, media the way I like it to be. So now wonder I get a kick everytime something new and magical comes a long, that makes old media irrelevant by virtue of being ... just more relevant.

But I didn't imagine grass-root advertising, and I'm expecting something interesting to come out of that. The community-run Firefox ad slated to appear in the NYT, that's an interesting step. But this ad for the iPod mini, created by a high school teacher, that's something else.
